update_build

When a build is updated. A previous value which was not set is absent from the event.

• PREVIOUS_BUILD_DESCRIPTION - string - Description of the build before the update
• PREVIOUS_BUILD_CREATION - string - Creation time of the build before the update, ISO-8601 UTC
• PREVIOUS_BUILD_CREATOR - string - Creator of the build before the update
